Things to note about this program:

There is a lot of information given for each training session. If new to the training or exercises, make sure you read all the information provided.
Time Zone – make sure you have selected the correct time zone that you are training in. You will do this when buying the program, but can later change it in your dashboard. If you change time zones during the program you can also update it any time.
Make sure you choose an appropriate day to activate your program. Your first training day will be on the day you activate your program so make sure the training days correspond with days in the week that you can train. You can do this by checking through the summary strip to see which days are training days.
In most programs (there are some exceptions like specific finger training programs) there is flexibility to move the day previous (if missed) or the following day into your current day to train if that works better, as long as your current day is a rest day, otherwise you do the session detailed for that day.
If you do not train for 2 weeks and have not done any climbing in that time, then you do have the option to do an adaption week to get your body accustomed to the training before continuing your program.
If you are unable to get to the climbing gym but do have access to a regular gym for that day then you can choose the alternative session from the summary strip.
If the session is long (usually over 2.5 hours) and you don’t have enough time then you can choose the priority exercises that will shorten the session and hopefully allow you to fit the training in.
You can split sessions up in the day if you need to although you should not split the climbing training up. So for example you could do the warm up and climbing training session, but then take a break and later do the mobility and stretching, making sure you warm up again before hand.
If you need to manually set a time, there is one located at the bottom of every exercise page.
Make sure you click the button at the end of the session to complete it. This way you can keep a record of what sessions you have done. You can go back and complete a session and fill in your training log from the summary strip if you forgot to do so on the day.
