This training is much harder than finger advanced level 1 so&#xA0; it requires that the fingers have to be adapted in past for the high intensity and quantity. We therefore strongly advise that if you want to do the Finger Advanced 2, you should have already completed our &#x201C;Finger strength &#x2013; Advanced Level 1&#x201D;.  Sessions generally last between 1 and 1.5 hours. On these training days and after the training sessions, you can also climb in the gym as long as you avoid climbs with small crimps, or possible painful holds and importantly, DO NOT do any other additional finger training you need to respect the resting periods detailed in the program. The day after each training day is important to do a total rest from any type of climbing.  This program is designed for climbers of 18 years or older.  As with all core climber programs, you'll be taken through the training program day by day and able to follow each session in a real time to make the training easy to follow and motivating.  This program is design for those who have experience with specific finger training or have successfully completed the level 1 program and requires a level of basic finger and arm strength:   the strength level to hang two handed on and edge of 1.5cm depth for at least 10&#xA0; seconds, similarly on a small slopers and pinches.  the shoulder strength to hang by one arm (on either arm) on a bar or good hold with the shoulders engaged for at least 10 seconds.
