Our personal climbing training plans mean exactly that. You will get one on one time with Christian Core or if you prefer with Stella Marchisio throughout your training. Initially to evaluate your starting level and discuss your goals and together build the most suitable path for you to reach those goals. This one on one contact will continue throughout your training to continuously assess you and allow us to adapt the training as you progress.

We will design a custom plan to exactly fit your needs and also respecting your availability you have to train, and adapted to the equipment you have available.

Our goal is to help you achieve your expectations by offering you our direct experience.

No matter what your current level is, a good personalized program can make you progress quickly.

Our program is fully supported by an online system with videos to follow in real time plus accurate descriptions for all the specific exercises for climbing, body, stretching and mobility.

Description

You can choose the length of the program you prefer for a minimum of 3 months, 6 months, 8 months or 12 months.

The package includes 2 monthly hours of video call directly with Christian Core or if you prefer with Stella Marchisio.

At the time of subscription and first installment of the payment you will be contacted to fix the first video call that will allow us to get to know you better and build the first 6/8 weeks cycle.

Throughout the training period you can contact us for any necessary changes via email.

For payment, you can choose the preferred method – either monthly payments with a $200 CAD deposit that will be deducted from the last installment, or pay in full & receive a 10% discount.
