
Coaching Plan
Having a coach to advise and help you in your training to help you reach your goals can be invaluable. This plan offers you direct contact with your choice of Christian Core or Stella Marchisio who will be able to advise and guide you through your training.
Included in our coaching plan:
- Initial assessment form to get information about you and your goals, plus a strength assessment, so Christian or Stella can best advise you on your training plan.
- Program recommendation.
- Email communication with Christian or Stella during training to answer questions or give advice.
- Second assessment after the program.

Personalised Training
Our personal climbing training plans mean exactly that.
You will get one on one time with Christian Core or if you prefer with Stella Marchisio throughout your training. Initially to evaluate your starting level and discuss your goals and together build the most suitable path for you to reach those goals. This one on one contact will continue throughout your training to continuously assess you and allow us to adapt the training as you progress.
We will design a custom plan to exactly fit your needs and also respecting your availability you have to train, and adapted to the equipment you have available.
