Climb 5.11 – 5.12 (6b+ – 7b)
Level: Recreational

Focus: Climbing endurance, strength & mobility.
In this programs we’ll focus on specific climbing power endurance and endurance but integrate that with climbing finger strength training, conditioning, mobility and flexibility. It’ll take you through a progressive and cycled training program to enable you to peak at 6 weeks.
Conditioning
Get some base fitness with circuit training designed specifically for climbers.
Level: Recreational/Intermediate
Program Duration: 6 weeks

Focus: Climbing conditioning.
This program focuses on climbing conditioning exercises and stretching that you can do along your usual climbing or climbing training. Ideal for building some base strength and fitness.
Bouldering/Climbing Strength
Climb V5 – V9 (6c – 7c)
Level: Recreational/Intermediate
Program Duration: 6 weeks
Sessions Per week: 4
Session duration: 1.5 – 2 hours
Focus: Climbing strength & mobility.
This program focusing on climbing strength but incorporating climbing power endurance training.
You will be given climbing drills to do at the gym that not only build strength and endurance, but also improve climbing fluidity and focus. Also included are some specific finger and arm strength exercises plus additional conditioning, mobility and flexibility to do at the end of the session.
Core Sessions
Add structured training to your regular climbing sessions to get you to that next level.
For climbers wishing to progress to 5.11 – 5.13 (v5 – V8)
Level: Recreational/Intermediate
Program Duration: 8 weeks

Session duration: 1.5 – 2 hours
Focus: Climbing strength & mobility.
If you want to add some structured training to your regular climbing sessions. Train finger strength and arms before you climb and add some climbing specific conditioning and mobility exercises after.
Not as intense as one of our finger strength training programs none the less gives you a structure and phased program to develop strength and endurance.
UPPER BODY STRENGTH Level 1
Level: Intermediate
Program Duration: 6 weeks

Session duration: 30-45 minutes
Focus: Upper body strength, mobility.
This is for those who want to keep developing upper body strength and conditioning during the climbing season. No specific finger training, just upper body and core exercises to develop strength and keep the upper body healthy.
FINGER STRENGTH TRAINING
Climb V5-V7 (7a – 7b)/5.11 – 5.12 (6b+ – 7c)
Level: Intermediate
Program Duration: 9 weeks
Sessions Per week: 3
Session duration: 1 hour
Focus: Finger strength, Upper body strength, mobility.
Perfect introduction to a specific finger board training program. A structure program in two phases aimed at developing finger strength. This program is more suitable for the climbing gym.
FINGER STRENGTH TRAINING - HOME EDITION
Climb V5-V7 (7a – 7b)/5.11 – 5.12 (6b+ – 7c)
Designed for those who want to train at home.
Level: Intermediate
Program Duration: 9 weeks
Sessions Per week: 3
Session duration: 1 hour
Focus: Finger strength, Upper body strength, mobility.
Perfect introduction to a specific finger board training program. A structure program in two phases aimed at developing finger strength. Suitable for home training.
This program now includes our conditioning program as an optional extra that you can do in your rest days.
Sport Climbing/Climbing Endurance

Focus: Upper body strength, mobility.
This intermediate/advanced program is designed to follow on from phase 1 and for those who want to keep developing upper body strength and conditioning during the climbing season. No specific finger training, just upper body and core exercises to develop strength and keep the upper body healthy.

Finger Strength Training Advanced Level 1

Finger Strength Training Advanced Level 2
Climb V11-V14 (8a – 8b+) / 5.13 – 5.14 (8b – 9a)
Intense finger trainig for advanced climbers for those wishing to push into the next level.

Focus: Finger strength, Upper body strength, mobility.
The second of our advanced finger training series gives you a structured and phased finger strength exercises through hanging, pull up and campus exercises and important climbing conditioning and mobility exercises..
Aimed at those bouldering in the v11 (8a) to v14 (8b+) range, it should be done after completing Finger Strength Training Advanced Level 1 as you need to be adapted for this type of training.
